Julie is an experienced voice practitioner in the world of Speech and Language Therapists. She is currently employed as a Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with the North East Wales NHS Trust and Wirral Primary Care Trust.

Her knowledge on voice care has meant that she is sought after by Call Centres who wish to provide their management and staff with expert training. She works regularly at the Northern Actors Centre and with acting students across Liverpool, coaching voice skills, Standard English and enabling change in 'mis-articulations'. She trains teachers and clergy in voice care and presentation. Corporate clients include Marks & Spencer Finance, the BBC and Sun Microsystems.

She adopts a practical, flexible and holistic approach to client care. She is passionate about developing clients' voice and communication skills to enable them to be effective communicators and naturally themselves. Julie is committed to take the mystery and 'hype' out of speaking to enable clients to understand better their own voice and communication skills. She aims to provide clear, pragmatic and practical solutions to facilitate client's self-awareness, control and hence confidence and enjoyment in all speaking situations.
