The Alexander Technique
Madelaine Howard

Madeleine trained as an actor at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
She found she had issues with her own posture and went for training sessions with an expert
in the Alexander technique.  The results were so positive that she spent 3 years in training and now
trains others in the Alexander technique.
As a performer (you will recognise her from the roles she plays on television) she has an added insight into the voice problems that result from bad posture.   We are grateful to have Madeleine with us at Make the Most of Your Voice.
