We rely on feedback and are continually updating all our programmes. The Opening of The Harley Street ENT Clinic Helen Sewell, David Gwillim, Richard Ryder, Frances Parkes and Russell Ablewhite attended the opening of the Harley Street ENT Clinic. It's a one stop clinic offering voice analysis. This is particularly helpful for performers and anyone who feels that their voice is not working as it should. Richard Ryder went for the fibreoptic nasolaryngosgopy to be analysed while we all looked on and saw on screen the state of his larynx which I'm pleased to report was in good condition. Pictures were taken and he's locked them away until he starts the bidding on Ebay. F Parkes Associates, ENT advisor is John Rubin. Until recently John Rubin was the President of the British Voice Association. His gentle manner and particular understanding of the way the voice works is very relaxing and reassuring. We're very grateful for the successful treatment of the clients we've referred to him.
Helen Sewell will be giving courses for F Parkes Associates entitled "Presenting for Television and Radio". Helen also works as a broadcast journalism trainer for the BBC. She ran the BBC's training school in Russia for several months and currently edits their online journalist training programs. In the lead up to the Olympics this will be a valuable programme for anyone who's going to be involved.

The TCS Team at Kimberly Clark
The TCS team at Kimberly Clark spent the last weekend of July 2007 at 33 Grosvenor Place, London, attending the Accent Neutralisation training which was organized by L&D. The programme helped the team understand phonetics and appropriate usage of Standard English in the UK and how it differed from American English and Indian English. Most of the participants got to know their strengths and areas of improvement. The programme was well packaged and presented. The team was highly appreciative of the faculty and the training was well paced. (Inputs from Sarath Sivan, Kimberly Clark)
