In this unique programme Frances Parkes, award winning Voice Coach and her Business Trainers will guide you to do just that.
What will you get? Over two days you will get a practical approach to improving your communication - for occasions when you can prepare and when an impromptu performance is demanded. You will understand your personal communication style, how to use this to best effect and adapt to communicate powerfully with people very different to you.
You will have the opportunity to test what you learn in business focussed tasks that meet your personal management/development needs. All with expert feedback and guidance. An individual follow up coaching call with Dorothea on your communications style (Myers-Briggs) analysis is included.
Your Trainers
Paul Carroll - Winner of the 2009 Corporate Challenge Public Speaking award, and an impromptu speaking champion. Paul, a New Yorker, brings his experience of being Vice President of Morgan Stanley into his management and public speaking training.
Frances Parkes - An award winning voice coach Frances is a successful business owner who has trained people to make the most of their voice for over 12 years. She is a lecturer in Voice and Speech with special regard to inter-active communication at the Universities of London, Lancaster and Sussex. She has trained many business people at management and board room level.
Dorothea Stuart - With a career in Human Resources Management in Sales and Marketing companies, Dorothea coaches groups and individuals in communication and personal branding. She has an MSc in work psychology and uses the tried and tested Myers-Briggs questionnaire for communcation skills analysis.

- Task force. Putting the knowledge learned on Saturday into practical action. Each delegate will be handed a task and asked to manage a group in order to fulfill the task. Each task will be tailored to the needs of the delegate. There will be discussion and feedback.
